He specialises in AI risk management, operational resilience, governance, and control frameworks, with hands-on expertise across GenAI, DORA, privacy by design, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management. Prior to Rabobank, Ibrahim held senior leadership roles at CAC Bank, where he led banking operations, digital banking initiatives, and large-scale technology transformation programmes across 90 branches.
